A Minneapolis-based law firm, Leonard, Street and Deinard, will be holding a ribbon cutting ceremony today at 4:00pm with the Bismarck-Mandan Chamber of Commerce. Jannelle Steger Combs is the managing shareholder for the Bismarck office located at 811 East Interstate Avenue.
The Bismarck office is fifth nationwide for the firm, which was founded in 1922.
