The Cathedral District, sometimes called the “Cathedric District”, is a historic district on the edge of downtown Bismarck, named for the Cathedral of the Holy Spirit. The district contains many of the oldest residential houses in the city, and is often considered a prestigious housing development due to its historic significance.
